Trailer for my graduation film at the Royal Colege of Art
An old man remembers the last time he saw his father, walking with him to the train station in rural England. This short film was made to mark the centenary of men with families being conscripted to the army in 1916 during WW1.

The Jay (2013)
‘The Jay’ was commissioned for an exhibition in Newlyn in September 2013. Artists were asked to respond to the poetry of Simon Armitage.
John and Iris (2013)
My degree show film, this short animation was inspired by an interview I conducted with an elderly couple – married for 61 years – briefly reminiscing moments of their lives together.
The animation itself is drawn by hand from photographs taken after the interview. I also used old photographs of John and Iris, and occasionally found footage.
Menagerie is a short animation based on sketches I made while visiting Zoo’s in 2012 as part of my second year at Falmouth University. This is one of my very early animations.
My very first stab at animation, based loosely on sketching on tablecloths when your bored at dinner.
